Standing Rigging
We build custom marine standing rigging. Whether you need a single piece, or a full set of standing rigging, we can cut and swage to fit your specific vessel. Most of our clients choose 1x19 Type 316 stainless steel cable for their rigging. We stock a wide variety of Alexander Roberts end fittings and wire. Our Fenn 4F Rotary swaging machine cold forges the bulk of our in-house fabrication on wire from 3/16” to 3/8”. We prefer it to stamping machines as it leaves a high polished, ridge free and perfect swage.
We have built or installed everything from the latest in fiber rigging, such as Heat Set HMPE, PBO and Carbon, to rod and compact strand rigging, and are happy to help our customers keep up with the ever-changing market.
